What it’s like to work with me?
Often one or two key insights can send a company on its way to the next revenue milestone. Everything I do centres around finding this key insight, your core customer audience and their Job To Be Done(s). Once we’ve got a very clear definition of the JTBDs, we can use a repeatable process to get to Growth. Together we then explore what makes our core audiences tick, we’ll strategise how the customer acquisition campaigns need to be structure, what needs to pop in the ad creatives, how the customer experience needs to be shaped.
I’ll do the heavy lifting or work with people on your team who can take some of that on. That way your time can be freed up to focus on the big picture and/or bringing it all together across your company.
How will it work in practice? We’ll explore the problem (an audit may be necessary), create a scope/plan, and then execute with a key end result in mind.
