At Vendasta, cut CAC of user signups by 50% (new affiliate program/referrals) and improved user activation by 30%.
By introducing usage limits on the Free plan in my second year at Vidyard, we increased Free to Paid conversion by 20% (YoY) and Self-Service Exit Revenue by 49% (YoY), with minimal impact on free user acquisition and paid user retention.
