My core values best convey it: integrity, humility, ownership, authenticity, and, of course, growth. These values shape my working style, have helped me exceed targets, and earned me the respect of my teams, peers, and managers/founders.
There are a few things that don’t sit well with me: silos, red tape, vanity (whether in metrics or people), insincerity, and stagnation.

Who I am a great fit for?
I work with startups and scaleups that experience any of the following: 1. stagnated growth, 2. plans to scale up or 3. need to transform into/optimize PLG.
My experience spans two decades, and I have launched and scaled fast-growing startups/scaleups in B2C and B2B SaaS. There I led PLG and Growth at Head of or C-level capacity at four companies. I’ve been part of two exits and one IPO, but I also experienced hitting the wall.
Now, I work with startups and scaleups on a Fractional or Advisory basis, using my expertise and knowledge to accelerate their success and mitigate their blunders.
