My experience spans two decades, and I have launched and scaled fast-growing startups/scaleups in B2C and B2B SaaS. There I led PLG and Growth at Head of or C-level capacity at four companies. I’ve been part of two exits and one IPO, but I also experienced hitting the wall.

Now, I work with startups and scaleups on a Fractional or Advisory basis, using my expertise and knowledge to accelerate their success and mitigate their blunders.

Notable highlights

I joined Jaja Finance (B2B SaaS and B2B2C) as the founding marketer to disrupt the lending industry in the UK. Results: from 0 to 600,000 customers and from Seed stage to Series B.
I joined Appjobs (Series A, B2B SaaS) when it stagnated as the competition around job marketplaces and HR tech was fierce. I pivoted the strategy and introduced a new framework for Sales, Marketing, and Product. Results within the first 12 months: from €925k to €3M ARR, almost 4x leads, and web traffic went up from 3M to 4.8M visits.
Led three crowdfunding campaigns through Seedrs and Crowdcube, raising £5M for Jaja Finance (the largest Seedrs campaign of the year) and £3.8M for Clim8 Invest.
In a contract role in Optimus Education (B2B), in just 6 months, I increased leads by 45%, ARR by 26%, and  CPA reduced by 28%. Retention is up by 55% YOY. These results triggered the exit of the business - acquired by another education company.
At Entain (B2C, FTSE 100), delivered a customer acquisition raise of 120% YOY (vs target of 75%) and revenue up by 35%, contributing to an NGR of €225M and an EBITDA of €49M. Saved 32% in campaigns' cost. LTV increased by 18%.
