Once we have your core channels, I focus heavily on conversion rate optimization to make sure you’re sitting on robust CAC/LTV ratios that support your growth models.
I’m big on data-driven processes and experimentation. In this current economic landscape it’s critical to revisit existing strategy playbooks and seek fresh, new ways to engage your ICPs – and the best way to do that is through looking at your analytics and speaking to your customers.
And, I only work with early and growth-stage B2B SaaS tech companies. This includes product-led, sales-assisted, ABM, and partner-led GTM strategies. My team and I have worked to scale over 40+ B2B tech companies.
We’ve scaled a wide range of channels – we’ve cultivated social media communities from ground zero to hundreds of thousands, with zero-dollar spending. Our advertising campaigns and landing pages have achieved double-digit conversion rates.
On a personal note, my academic background in Applied Statistics and Economics, coupled with experience as an energy economist for $50+ billion-dollar projects, reflects my passion for data. As an Australian who has called New York, The Hague, Bali, and now Paris home, I bring a global perspective to our work.
