What it's like to work with me?

I’m your customer’s ambassador within your organisation. I’m going to use any method I can (from usability testing through heatmaps and AI) to understand their challenges.
I’m then going to triangulate them, understand the priorities and find ways to validate them.
I’m also the founder of my own startup, so I know we sometimes have limited resources and information to make decisions, so I err on the side of getting things done.
I’m an affable guy, have some battle tested processes and I’m ready to start working with you :).
