What it's like to work with me?
Working with me is like having a trusted co-pilot in your race to bring your products and services to market the fastest and most resource-effectively as possible. I’m passionate about helping the innovators, entrepreneurs and managers and there is nothing more satisfying than seeing these products and services hit the market and create value. I see myself as a venture growth engineer, both embracing the depth of technology and the complexities and nuances of (global) markets. My mission is to create, integrate, and automate systems with which you can create sustainable, repeatable, and defensible growth, even after I’m not with the team anymore. I work fully remotely, I’m an open-minded introvert, but I don’t scare away from onsite or offsite team events.

I’m industry-agnostic, I have been working in a wide variety of industries and sectors, and I believe that 80% of the growth challenges are the same and shared across industries. Also geographically I have been active with clients in 50+ countries and 4 continents, so I really embrace the idea of growth in global markets. If you are VC-funded, I have particular experience in the challenges of creating the metrics and unit economics that qualify for the next rounds of VC-backed investments.
In addition to startups and scaleups, I have been working with stakeholders in the venture ecosystem, like corporate venture arms, incubators, accelerators, VCs, and development agencies.
