What it's like to work with me?
To start with, I am very direct. My goal is not to please everybody, but rather to help you ask (and answer) the difficult questions that need answering. Together, we will challenge assumptions and get to the bottom of every issue. I am extremely detailed and organized, but at the same time, I maintain a high-level, strategic view and allow myself to dream big. I’ve made many mistakes (which I’ve learned from and would like to help you avoid) and have built successful businesses and teams. I focus on maximizing impact, and I do that via my tech expertise and experience running my businesses and products. To sum it up, I love building interesting things with people that challenge me and I learn from. Hopefully, that’s you!
