What it's like to work with me?
Working with me can save you a lot of time and money that you would spend on expensive individuals potentially serving customers poorly.
There are lots of ways to build back CS organizations, and a few principles that make good ones. I have seen millions of dollars wasted in pursuit of adequate customer interaction.
I am straightforward, consensus-building, passionate, and love talking to people. I make analogies like they are my job, and I love hearing how different businesses are constructed.
Who I am a great fit for?
I am a great fit for early organizations that are just getting into serving customers/focusing on renewals. Founders who are trying to learn how to do Customer Success, or revenue leaders who find themselves managing the CS function for the first time.
Addionally, I work well with ‘first CS hires’ who are given a huge amount of work to do with no mentoring.
