Led strategic partnerships across the US and the UK for Shopify; tech, association, gov't, and more including managing 100s of agency partners.
Shaped and scaled the Shopify Partner Program; experimenting with benefits and tiers to drive more impact, developing processes for scaled partner management, partner onboarding, engagement, and acquisition.
Contributed to the launch of new products in the UK at Shopify, specifically leveraging our partner ecosystem to drive adoption, sales leads, and help partners derive value for their own businesses at the same time.
Launched 2 agency partner accelerator programs & a growth workshop in collaboration with Hubspot; the first focused on enabling new-to-Shopify partners, and the second to enable and accelerate the contribution from enterprise focused agencies. Agencies involved increased their contributions to the business 2x more than other partners in the 90 days post-program.
Led the launch of Sendle in Canada including establishing first strategic partnerships, commercial agreements, and increasing parcel volume.
