What it's like to work with me?

It’s fast. I’m not a fan of deliberation and wading through multiple steps of bureaucracy. Action begets action, and actions leads to success.I’m big on speed of implementation and testing. I tend to take the approach of “reversible decisions”. If it’s easily reversed, we test it and see how it performs. If it doesn’t increase key metrics, we simply change it back and try the next thing. Everything I test is around the end user. They’re the ones who are paying you and who this should be optimised for. I’ve had the best results by focusing on them and building systems that empower them and remove friction. I prefer straight talk both ways and a bias for action.
