What it's like to work with me?
I prefer asynchronous conversations (email, chat/slack etc) to synchronous (meetings, calls etc). It’s the best use of everybody’s time and I am more productive this way. I never do meetings that can be replaced by an email. I never do meetings without a clear plan and agenda to make sure that if we spend the time we get something back from it.
