
What it's like to work with me?
As an experienced fractional and full-time CMO in various sizes of teams and companies, various industries, B2C and B2B, agencies, and tech companies, I bring quite diverse experience which always helped me bring innovative ideas into the new teams I join. This diverse experience, which even includes Product Management at a scaleup (trivago), gives me the advantage that I am familiar with and can manage all growth channels – from B2B outreach to B2C TV and OOH campaigns – as well as topics like attribution / MMM, analytics, Product and Rebranding topics.
I have created marketing, growth, and GTM strategies both in larger setups and in early-stage startups, building growth business cases for investors. I have managed larger teams, while still staying relatively hands-on and even expanded my area of expertise to sales outreach, due to my B2B and growth focus lately.
Through my leadership skills as well I have managed to successfully turn around several teams I have managed to prepare them for business growth.
